Top 10 Storytellers of the Year 2023

A Family Story Award is given to the very best series of 15 – 20 images, all of a single family – and winning one is incredibly difficult! A photographer needs to demonstrate a world-class level of creativity, storytelling and consistency, across all those images, and our judges typically award just the top few percent of submissions. Winning a single Story is an achievement in itself; to have won multiple Stories within the same year – as all these photographers have done – is truly incredible.

An extra special congratulations to Els Korsten, who is our Overall Storyteller of the Year for the 2nd year running – a truly remarkable achievement.
