About Tiago

Hi, I'm Tiago Afonso, a photographer of family documentaries and christenings. I graduated at the Portuguese Institute of Photography. I was born in Viana do Castelo in a small village in the north of Portugal.
I believe that behind every person/family there is a story to be told.
Through photography I love to save and eternalize moments as they happen, creating timeless stories and memories for future generations. As well as beautiful photographs, I believe that photography, especially documentary photography, needs to show who people really are and reflect what they really feel.
