I am a documentary photographer obsessed with capturing those everyday moments and routines that form the very fabric of your family. Our real lives are filled with the ordinary, often overlooked moments but when you look, these images will be the ones to transport you right back to that season of life.

I started my photography journey many years ago but focused on documentary style after trying (and failing) to get some family images of my newborn and toddler. I tried to take some close up photos of my son sleeping on my shoulder, I set the camera up and directed my husband to press the shutter repeatedly while I got myself into position. The images were not at all what I aimed for but exactly what I needed. They captured that rollercoaster postpartum phase with me, messy bun and simple t-shirt, trying desperately to placate my toddler while my newborn slept. I got so emotional seeing the photo and knew this was the photography I needed to pursue. I would like to capture these emotions and candid interactions for you and your family.
