About Sindy

Hello, I am Sindy and I was born and raised in Mexico. I moved to the U.S. ten years ago after I married my husband. We have four beautiful children, a few chickens and lots of bees. I am an engineer turned photographer, teacher and baker.

I have always had a love for the arts. While I was in college I took a photography class where I learned the basics and fell in love with it, but it wasn't until my first child was born that I really dug deeper into the intricacies of photography. I wanted to learn everything!

I found in documentary photography the freedom to let people and myself be who we are meant to be.
